Kisimi K. Kamara

Kisimi Kayleemasa Kamara, founder of eWomen SL and creator of NaWeHub, is a Computer Scientist and Software Engineer who serves as Deputy Head of Computer Science and Director of the Centre for Innovation at UNIMAK. Driven by mentoring startups, he built NaWeHub to equip Sierra Leonean entrepreneurs with resources, training, and AI tools for success.

Mohammad Shakil Kazi

Mohammad Shakil Kazi, a visionary European entrepreneur and owner of Bismillah, is committed to developing African tech talent, especially in Sierra Leone. Connected through SIPID, he partnered with Kisimi Kayleemasa Kamara and later became the technical mentor for the NaWeHub app, guiding its development and supporting its mission of empowering entrepreneurs.

Mohamed James Kamara

Mohamed James, a Limkokwing University graduate, was hired by eWomen SL as the local Senior Software Engineer for NaWeHub on the advice of technical supervisor Mohammad S. Kazi. Known for his strong skills and problem-solving ability, he led development with resilience and innovation, ensuring the app’s technical strength and long-term sustainability.

SheCodes

SheCodes is a women-led software startup formed by female students at University of Makeni under the guidance of their mentor, Kisimi Kayleemasa Kamara. Created to break gender barriers in tech, the team contributes to NaWeHub’s development, gaining real-world experience while proving that young Sierra Leonean women can excel in technology.

Dr. Rod King, PhD

Dr. Rod King, a leading Strategy and Business Model Advisor, is known for his Fractal Gridding Methodology and deep systems-thinking expertise. His strategic guidance strengthens NaWeHub by emphasizing scalability, viability, and user-centered value.
